Direction for use: shampoo hair, rinse thoroughly with water. Apply a small amount on wet hair. Message it gently using your firmngertips. Message for 5-10 minutes to relax and increase blood flow in the body. Wrap your hair with a clean towel and leave for 30 minutes. Once you are done, wash the hair with a mild shampoo then apply conditioner.
