The liner formula is smudge-proof and transfer-proof, great for creating sharp and clean lines and will dry to a matte finish. Along with your neon accessories and glitters, they'll glow under UV/Black Light.

how to APPLY 
-by activating the liners with a wet liner brush until water is fully incorporated with the product. After application, allow the liners to fully dry on both your skin (and the jar before storing your UV Liner jar away). 
how to REMOVE
-simply with either a makeup wipe or a cotton ball with makeup remover or rinse it wit water. 

TEST any new cosmetic product on a small area before using the product. Always be careful when using products around the eye area. 
UV GLOW LEVEL every liners has their own uv glow level like blue and purple shades will always look less in uv black light because of its formula.
