9% Color Developer / Oxidizing Solution / Oxidizer

What makes our color developer special is that it is mixed with coconut oil to lessen the damage on your hair.

Color Developer is necessary to make sure that the hair dye will cling to your hair perfectly! It is used to mix with the Hair Dye Colourant Cream / Hair Dye Powder Pot to ensure that the color will stay on your hair for several weeks.

We only use 9% Color Developer which is not too harsh and is less damaging as well!

It comes with a 120ml per bottle for just Php 85!

One (1) bottle can be enough to cover at least a thin and fine shoulder length hair good for one (1) session.
