– The product is still in its original condition, (never washed and the hangtag is still attached)
– Submit a complaint a maximum of 3 days after the goods are received

Returns can be made for the following:

3). Exchange product, color, size (maximum 3 days from receipt of goods)

Returns do not apply to orders with embroidery, unless there is an error in the embroidery work by us

1). The color in the product photo is influenced by camera lighting, there may be a color difference with the original product of up to 10-15%.
2). The color received may vary due to differences in fabric/material lots during dyeing even with the same color code
– Size:
Size tolerance is 1-3cm, can be longer / shorter than the size chart
-Embroidery:
1) . Adding embroidery to orders MUST BE CHECKED OUT TOGETHER with the embroidery. If you don't check out at the same time, we won't process it
2). Include embroidered writing in the order notes / chat
3). Reconfirm embroidery orders with Admin via chat
5). Do NOT ACCEPT EMBROIDERY RETURNS, unless there is a work error
